Chris Omeissah

Chris is the founder of Proptech360 and recognised globally as a trusted advisor, connector, deal maker and subject matter expert within Proptech.

He is a strong believer that digital transformation will radically impact the way property is planned, designed, purchased, rented, sold, built and managed. He is very passionate about empowering the most progressive leaders that use technology as leverage to positively impact the built environment. Known as a connective tissue between the worlds of property and technology. Proptech360 was formed out of a desire to make a difference through transitioning property and technology leaders into fast-growing Proptech companies.

Prior to starting Proptech360, Chris worked with several scalable phase Proptech companies with a focus on strategic partnerships, corporate development and market expansion. He has also driven the launch of International Proptech companies from the US, Israel and Europe into the Australian market.

Chris held roles with Macquarie Group within Corporate Real Estate & Asset Management. He was also responsible for establishing KPMG’s Proptech advisory practice. Whilst at KPMG, he ran several consulting engagements with the Boards of Australia’s largest Landlords, General Contractors and Property funds seeking to build/buy/partner with new technologies. He developed niche expertise across areas including modular construction, supply chain optimisation, residential off-the-plan sales and data analysis & visualisation impacting the future of commercial office. He was also responsible for the Global Real Estate Innovations Overview and Global Proptech Survey amongst other publications.

Prior to entering Proptech, Chris worked in commercial law having completed a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney.
